1. القبول · Acceptance
باستخدامك تطبيق تَم فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
By using the TAM app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. الاستخدام المسموح به · Permitted Use
يُسمح باستخدام تطبيق تَم للأغراض الشخصية غير التجارية فقط. يحق لك تنزيل المحتوى الذي تمتلك حق الوصول إليه قانونياً أو المحتوى الموجود في الملك العام.
TAM may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download content you have legal access to, or content in the public domain.
3. الاستخدام المحظور · Prohibited Use
يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لتنزيل محتوى محمي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية دون إذن صريح من أصحابه. تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن كيفية استخدام المحتوى الذي تنزّله.
You must not use TAM to download copyrighted content without explicit permission from rights holders. You bear full responsibility for how you use downloaded content.
4. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات · Subscriptions & Payments
تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر متجر آبل (App Store). تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية الفترة الحالية. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
Payments are processed via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via your App Store account settings.
5. الفترة التجريبية · Free Trial
تتوفر فترة تجريبية مجانية للمشتركين الجدد. بعد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، يتحول الاشتراك تلقائياً إلى مدفوع ما لم تُلغِه مسبقاً.
A free trial is available for new subscribers. After the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to paid unless cancelled beforehand.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية · Disclaimer
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو المحتوى الذي تنزّله.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app or the content you download.
7. التعديلات · Changes
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً لها.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
